Pathways

Nurturing ambition, creativity and future potential.

Whatever your starting point, we’re here to help.

Everyone’s journey is different — and we’re here to support yours. Whether you're starting out, changing direction, or looking for new skills and confidence, our pathways programmes provide the guidance, learning and space you need to move forward.

With a focus on creativity, real-world experience and personal growth, we help people explore new futures in ways that are supportive, inclusive and rooted in the real world.

Who it's for...

Pathways is designed for anyone who needs a bit of support to take their next step — especially young people aged 15–30, those not in education or employment, or people looking to return to learning or build confidence in a creative environment.

We work with individuals, schools, youth services and community groups to make sure the support is right for the people who need it most.

Digital Futures Cornwall

Devonport Futures is an innovative skills programme linked to the 200th anniversary of the founding of Devonport. Real Pathways offers digitals skills exploration for people 18+ living in Plymouth.

This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

Not a one-size-fits-all approach.

We believe that support should start with people — not processes. That’s why our approach is flexible, relational and creative. We don’t follow a set script or ask you to fit a mould.

We listen first, then work alongside you to build a pathway that fits your goals, at your pace. It’s support that’s as unique as the people we work with.

2,606
