Join us at Market Hall this August for a week of free, family-friendly activities celebrating nature, wildlife, sustainability and the great outdoors.

Delivered by a range of local organisations and environmental partners, each day offers something new to discover, with hands-on crafts, creative activities, planting sessions, games and opportunities to learn more about the world around us.

What's on:

🌱 10th August
Decorate your own mini plant pot and plant mizuna seeds with the Green Communities team.

💧 11th August
Take part in water-wise activities and help shape future play opportunities through the Big Summer Play Survey.

🦋 12th August
Get creative with butterfly-themed crafts and discover more about local wildlife with Plymouth Natural Grid.

🌊 13th August
Meet the Marine Park team and enjoy interactive activities including the Salty Scale Survey, Pledgy Fish, Mudflat Jenga and the Big Summer Play Survey.

🦫 14th August
Explore beaver, woodland and farm-themed activities with Poole Farm and learn more about the natural environment around us.

Perfect for families, curious minds and young explorers, these free activities are a great addition to your summer visit to Market Hall.
