Our Locations.

Real Ideas is comprised of multiple teams, each growing a specific area of practice in relation to our core themes: engaging people and communities; supporting creative businesses to start, grow and thrive; connecting children and young people with creative digital opportunities; working with individuals to develop pathways to positive futures; immersive innovation; place-based regeneration and consultancy. These areas of work are often delivered in our buildings, Market Hall and Devonport Guildhall (the Devonport Creative Quarter) and Liskeard Library.

Location: Based in Liskeard but working across Cornwall, occasionally Plymouth, with some opportunity for remote working.

Contract Type: Full Time (35 Hours per week), to be worked flexibly including evenings & weekends to suit the needs of the business/team

Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 depending on experience

As a Pathways Employment Advisor, you will deliver the Connect to Work programme using the IPS model whilst ensuring all support reflects and upholds the values of Real Ideas.

The programme is designed to support individuals with disabilities to find and sustain employment, after working through steps of vocational profiling, employer engagement and job matching. Our holistic approach supports increased industry knowledge, confidence and an individual’s ability to take next steps towards employment and personal development.

Salary: £32,000 - £41,000 depending on experience
