‍Salary: £32,000 - £41,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced Café & Front of House Manager to lead our hospitality and visitor services, ensuring every guest enjoys excellent experiences across the Devonport Creative Quarter. This role supports the delivery of a 60-capacity vegan, vegetarian café while also enhancing visitor experiences across our immersive dome, dynamic events programme, and wider quarter activities. ‍

Location: Devonport Creative Quarter

Hours: Part-time (hours to be confirmed) to be worked flexibly including evenings & weekends to suit the needs of the business/team

Salary: Pro rata £25,500 - £28,000 depending on experience

Real Ideas is seeking an Operations & Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of the Devonport Creative Quarter, supporting smooth coordination across public programmes, events, and our immersive dome experiences. In this role, you’ll manage bookings, provide reception and administration support, and help ensure every visitor enjoys a seamless and inclusive experience.

Real Ideas is looking for a Creative Technical & Production Manager to lead the technical and production facilities at the Devonport Creative Quarter. You’ll manage our immersive technology resources including domes, 360° film, VR/AR, projection mapping, and spatial audio while supporting creative content production, artist residencies, and public programmes.
