Pathways Employment Advisor
Location: Our office base is in Liskeard, with the role involving travel across Cornwall to deliver training across the county.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Hours: 35 hours per week to be worked flexibly including evenings & weekends to suit the needs of the business/team
As a Pathways Coordinator, you will deliver the Connect to Work programme using the IPS model whilst ensuring all support reflects and upholds the values of Real Ideas.
The programme is designed to support individuals with disabilities to find and sustain employment, after working through steps of vocational profiling, employer engagement and job matching. Our holistic approach supports increased industry knowledge, confidence and an individual’s ability to take next steps towards employment and personal development.

Customer Experience Host (Casual Work)
Location: Liskeard Library
Contract Type: Real Living Wage Zero Hours Casual Worker Contract
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: Hours to be worked flexibly including evenings & weekends to suit the needs of the business/team
The Customer Experience Host is the first point of contact for everyone who visits Liskeard Library, playing a vital role in ensuring everyone is welcomed with a smile, is enabled to access books and all the facilities in the Library, including food and drink and a wide variety of programmes, events and activities. The Pathways Customer Experience Host is an important member of the Real Ideas Pathways team.

The Digital Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive digital programmes that prepare young people for employment, apprenticeships and further training. Using practical digital skills training, coaching, employer engagement and blended learning approaches, you will help young people develop the digital skills, confidence and workplace behaviours needed for success in the digital sector.

Programmes Assistant

Salary: Salary £ 25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience

Hours: 35 hours per week to be worked flexibly including evenings & weekends to suit the needs of the business/team
As a Programmes Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of our programmes. You will coordinate practical arrangements including booking venues, organising participant travel and maintaining accurate programme records and attendance data. You will work closely with the trainers and delivery teams to ensure they have everything they need to deliver engaging and effective sessions, while providing hands-on support at during in-person delivery. Your organised, proactive and supportive approach will help create a positive experience for both participants and trainers and contribute to the successful delivery of our programmes.
