Trowbridge Town Hall is a Grade II listed community landmark set to reopen in 2025. After years of disuse, the Town Hall Trust (TTHT) aimed to transform it into a hub for culture, enterprise, and community life.

Our role

Over a 12-year partnership, we supported TTHT through multiple stages — from vision-setting to securing capital funding via the £16m Future High Streets Fund.

What we delivered

• Initial vision and business plan for the Town Hall (2013/14)
• Refreshed business case for the Future High Streets Fund (2019)
• Detailed five-year financial projection to secure final capital programme (2023)

Impact

The Town Hall will reopen as a vibrant community space in 2025, with a sustainable business plan to ensure its long-term future.
