Redoubt 4, part of the historic Glenville Battery on Cornwall’s Rame Peninsula, is managed by the Rame Conservation Trust. The Trust sought options for restoration and sustainable use of this important heritage site.

Our role
Working with local architects and funded by the Heritage Lottery, we were asked to prepare a feasibility business plan.
What we delivered
- Market analysis, visitor feedback, and stakeholder interviews
- Appraisal of design options and their potential impact
- Financial projections for recommended options
- A feasibility business plan to inform wider strategic planning
Impact
The completed plan, submitted in December 2023, provided the Trust with clear pathways for restoration and sustainable operation, feeding into the wider Maker Heights development strategy.
