Introduction
As part of a national partnership with the National Trust, RSPB, WWF, and Coop, we supported community-led nature improvement in Keyham, Plymouth.

Our role
We worked with residents, local organisations, and strategic partners to create a shared vision for bringing more nature into the neighbourhood.

What we delivered

• Engagement with 150 residents, 15 organisations, and 20 young people
• A co-designed plan for nature restoration, aligned with city-wide strategy
• A national media campaign raising the profile of community-led approaches

Impact
The resulting blueprint gives communities in Keyham a practical plan for greening the neighbourhood, improving health, and building resilience for both people and nature.
