Looe, a historic fishing port in Cornwall, is a popular visitor destination but faces challenges linked to tourism reliance and the loss of local services. The community wanted a plan for a more balanced and inclusive economy.

Working with Looe Town Council, we supported local stakeholders to shape a shared vision for community economic development.
