The Freshspring Trust preserves the historic SS Freshspring, using maritime heritage to inspire learning and skills development. At a key point in its journey, the Trust needed to evaluate a major Heritage Lottery Fund project and plan for long-term sustainability.

Our role

We were commissioned to carry out both an evaluation and a feasibility study, supporting the Trust to look back on achievements and forward to future growth.
