Shorty, a lively perciform fish, his smart sister Indigo, and Jake, a daring sawfish, live happily in a busy and colourful coral reef. When an enormous trawl devastates their home, the three heroes narrowly survive and are forced to leave everything they know behind in search of a new, safe place to live.
