Bring your little one along for a 45-minute immersive and sensory journey through the world of travel — from trains and planes to submarines and rockets! While your baby is captivated by vibrant cartoon worlds, you’ll enjoy a Postnatal-specific Pilates class designed to help you rebuild strength, improve posture, and restore core connection.
Babies and early walkers are welcome.
After the session, relax and enjoy a coffee in our onsite café (or grab one before if you’ve had a long night!).
To make things even easier, you can request a pre-recorded Postnatal Pilates class from Cassie after the live dome session — perfect if you need to pause during class to feed, soothe, or entertain your little one.
