Yoga-inspired movement to music, building strength and flexibility as well as connecting mind and spirit, all while being completely immersed in the dome. Plus, a beautiful meditation to end the session.
This class is suitable for beginners as well as those who are more experienced in Yoga or Pilates.
Yoga mats are not provided, and please bring a water bottle.
