Our development services focus on three areas: supporting schools to innovate and improve, helping young people change spaces, services and communities and finding solutions for the unemployed, NEETs and the most disadvantaged.

From these services we have grown pioneering social enterprise units which offer real products and services led by, connecting with and empowering young people.

As a result, we work with a wide range of customers and deliver a wide variety of programmes, products and services. However, at its heart, all the work we do is the same; helping young people make real change happen, for themselves through social enterprise.
