As a social enterprise all our profits are reinvested back into RIO to find innovative ways of inspiring, supporting and realising young people’s ideas. This means thinking about things differently; working with customers and partners to develop ways of improving existing services, growing brand new products and programmes or incubating new creative social enterprise units.
